AUSTIN / IH35 CORRIDOR
MY SEVEN DAY WEATHER THOUGHTS
AND MY 7 DAY FORECAST CONFIDENCE …
Rain and thunderstorms will decrease by early afternoon today as the strong
upper level low pressure area and associated cold front moves through Texas.
Some guidance is suggesting a little additional late afternoon development but
it expected to pass to the east quickly
Skies clear with drier conditions and somewhat cooler temperatures by tonight
into as northerly winds prevail. Surface high pressure then moves east of the
area with much warmer temperatures by Friday into the weekend.
Another cold front is due to pass overhead by Sunday evening but its passage,
while marked with a few more clouds, should be rain free. Much cooler
temperatures will prevail Sunday night into the first part of next week before a
rapid warm up once again commences.
LOCAL FORECAST CONFIDENCE FOR THIS SEVEN DAY FORECAST PERIOD …
– High to very high forecast confidence today through the next seven days
